Launcher wont launch

Hello! I'm new to Eve, and I've started it up on a different Windows 10 PC, but on my Windows 8.0 PC, EvE won't launch. The normal launcher's EXE stops working when I open settings or press play, and the Beta launcher updates and opens, but the client closes unexpectedly. I'd just like to get back into Eve, and i've already sent a ticket to CCP and gone through the basics. Could someone help me?

Could you send us the logs from %LOCALAPPDATA%\CCP\EVE\Launcher ?
