EWAR for NEWBIES!

Small Gang: ECM & Damps
Mid-HUGE Fleet Fights: Damps & Tracking disruptors. ECM becomes a niche role in larger sized engagements.

Target painters are welcome everywhere there's a missile thrower or people with big guns trying to hit itsy bitsy targets.
