Bring back the ability to view character standings with privacy option

In 2011 (?) the ability to view the standings of other players with respect to factions, NPC corporations and NPC agents was removed. No logical reason was given at the time for making this change, nor was it discussed beforehand with the playerbase as far as I know.

I suggest restoring this feature with the added ability for a player to make standings private at the Faction, NPC Corporation, and NPC Agent level separately. In other words for each grouping there could be a check box, off by default, reading "Do Not Make Public".

That way a player could, for example, make their standings with particular agents private, but leave their standings with Factions and NPC corporations public.

So that other pilots can see my leet standings in-game without having to go a third-party web site.
