The Signal Cartel are running a public contest in response to the Citadel story line. Every non-Signal Cartel Pilot who submits Research Components to the "Eve Scout" character will be in with a chance to win one of SIX PLEX.


  • The top contributing Corporation will be rewarded with one PLEX,
  • The top contributing Pilot will be rewarded with one PLEX,
  • Four randomly chosen Pilots who have contributed will each be rewarded with one PLEX.


Deadline for the submission of Components is the 8th of February.

Don't have a Research Component? No problem. You can purchase them in every major trade hub for 3-4 million and contract it from there. Could not be easier to win.
