Greetings IGS,

Approximately one year ago, the breaths of 4,720 loyal, hard-working, and brave individuals were extinguished after a terrorist attack on an I-RED facility on Tsuruma VII left the facility nothing more than a smoldering wasteland. A couple of weeks after the incident, a memorial ceremony was hosted. During the ceremony, a memorial site on Malkalen V was revealed to the general public, where it still exists to this day. I-RED would like to formally announce plans to host an anniversary ceremony to remember the lives lost that day, and their honor, determination, and courage in service.

The anniversary ceremony will take place on Malkalen V. The reception ceremony will take place at the Lehtonen Concert Hall. Following this portion of the event, attendees will be transported to the Tsuruma Memorial site, where the event will conclude following a moment of silence and a number of other processions.

As with before, InterBus will be providing transport to the event from select locations throughout empire space. Simply visit your local InterBus office, or visit their GalNet site and enter the promo-code: IRAE-A251S778S.

Doors are set to open in about a half hour. There should still be plenty of time to travel to Malkalen V to join I-RED in solidarity as we remember the lives and service of those lost during the Tsuruma Incident. Moitte.

Dear Pilots,

I would like to thank the Ishukone-Raata Enforcement Directive for hosting this memorable celebration. The memorial site is worth visiting and the remembrance of the dead compels us to do so. Attention is also focused on the details of the Tsuruma incident and I-RED's efforts to resolve the riddle of what happened one year ago.
