This toon has been on the back burner for years and I figured I would sell him instead of never using him.

I made sure to train universally sought after skills to ensure there is virtually no waste on this toon.

If you want a solid alt that you can grow into your liking without going through boring core skills, this is your guy. If you are new to the game and want to jump right into training the fun stuff, this is your guy.

Guided Missile Precision and Warhead Upgrades are "starter" skills? I think not. Sure they are good skills to have but I don't believe they are considered "core" skills. The point is, every skill this toon has is an effective stepping stone to a good foundation for a Caldari PVP toon.
