At the EvE account management page down below you find other payment methods
instead of Credit Card or PayPal. Take a look there at the link "Want to use another payment option?"
if one of these methods fit for you.

Maybe you can find a retailer that accepts one of the payment methods available to you. If you don't have access to any online-usable payment methods, though, things may look grim for you. I believe I saw Eve Game Time cards for sale somewhere in town, but that was ages ago.

Trials can be extended with a buddy invite.

But this is really a subscription based game. I pay to play, so it isn't a second job.

Eve Time Code Vendors including Amazon that offer alternate payment methods.

Also Paypal as you can set up Paypal so you transfer funds rather than use a Credit Card.

Also Steam if you have a Steam account with funds but I think that requires your original EVE account was bought through Steam. Most people do not recommend playing EVE through Steam.

However if what you are looking for is actually a way to walk into a game store and just hand over cash for some time card or whatever so parents/wife/husband do not know you are paying to play EVE I think you may be out of luck. EVE has never had a system like that.

I did once asked for donation in NPC chat, it was only 400k of isk i've got lack of to replanish ammo and drones. Instead i've received 20m of bounty. All nice people arround Bear

I forgot to mention it's almost impossible to earn Plex within 14 trial days for brand new newbie. This is how CCP made it. But next month you could gain plex with ease.
