Nope, this is not functional in this branch and will not be involved in any part of the test.

You can use any ship you want, as long as you have the skills :P

We are busy trying to get Duality setup, as soon as I can log in, I will be able to see what we need to do.

Correct.
Unless we require it, we rarely give players all skills and supers/titans as it really clouds our testing.

You will be able to dock and shoot it, but and I stress this, you have to remember it is still heavily in development so expect things to be broken or not finished.

That would not matter with the commands:

Need a ship you've recent setup on TQ? /copyships
How about a skill you've trained since the mirror? /copyskills
Were you grinding missions and miss high standings since clone? /booststandings

I can confirm the launcher is not displaying ON|OFF-LINE status and number of players. However usually if a server is down it will show a red box (where news is fed) with an error message "Unable to login..." or "Error logging in" ...it's been a while...

Not to be a thorn in your side, but to clarify for myself and everyone else. Fleet fight will be before testing the Citadels features? Will we be reshipping or the fight timed in any way if this is the case?

Valid concerns. The fleet fight will take place before visiting the Citadel. People will be able to reship and come back to system.
There are no official tests once we get to the Citadel, so people can come in any ship they want, even a pod.
