I have added SHA1 checksum information to my original post.

Please do use versions of Eve Ore Timer obtained from any source other than the download link included in the first message of this thread.

You can check SHA1 checksums using Windows built in "certutil" with the following command:

certutil -hashfile "Eve Ore Timer.zip" sha1

I think this is borderline EULA non-compliant with the mining timer. Before you posted this thread, did you post a support ticket to the GMs asking if this is allowed? I would if I were you atleast.

Miners typically waste a lot of time mining asteroids that are actually depleted. EOT is timing utility that will provide an audible notice when asteroids are empty prompting you to switch your mining lasers to the next target.

Can you make an audible notice when someone enters local?

I am however, 99.99% certain that this is not allowed according to the EULA. I remember the Eve Bacon software that had this feature and many other that weren't exactly legal and that software was pretty much outlawed on the forums if I remember right.

CCP does not review or authorize third party utilities and as such this software is "use at your own risk" as is any third party utility.

Eve Ore Timer Alpha has been updated to build 1.0.0.22.

Improvements include:

- More logical asteroid queue - now limited to 6 entries (matching the most targets an Exhumer can track)
- Autofill works much better with the addition of radio buttons to select which queue entry to autofill (with wrap around)
- Slightly reduced screen real estate due to shorter queue
- Laser 1 text now updated to read "Laser Group 1"
- Each laser group can contain up to 64 mining lasers.

Download link on the OP has been updated to point to the new Build 1.0.0.22 zip file.

Absolutely. I run it atop my "main" character's window while multi-boxing all the time. Just use laser groups 1-3 for up to three characters. You could also run multiple instances of EMT (formerly EOT) if you are multi-boxing with more than three characters simultaneously.

Note I recommend firing all of the mining lasers from each ship at a single target as it greatly eases the burden of switching targets. EMT removes the waste associated with dead rock mining and spreading your lasers is no longer necessary to maximize efficiency.

Reminder - be sure to enter the appropriate mining yield for each character on the "Yield" tab.

Development of Eve Mining Timer is complete.

Build 1.0.0.47 is the first feature complete release.

Note the settings files (EMT_Settings.txt) from prior alpha versions are incompatible with this version and any future versions.

If you are not already using it I recommend downloading Eve Isk Per Hour (IPH) as a great companion for EMT as EMT reads the Eve IPH market data save format.

Updated the settings file (EMT_Settings.txt) included with the Build 1.0.0.47 release.

The original settings file had X, Y coordinates beyond the field of view for most monitor resolutions.
