Another new version of the launcher not linked to the repair tool

Once again I have a launcher that is perpetually in Offline Mode. This happened last time Sisi had a launcher update but the repair tool did have the files. I can delete the launcher directory, run the repair tool then start the launcher. It patches itself, restarts and I am back at Offline Mode again.

What version of the launcher are you using? Have you tried upgrading to the newest launcher?
