second, there is a 10 hours lock down in which you are supposed to be in charge of the pilot before it disapear from your account.

I need my isk back.


you make sure which deposit you received first, we had an agrement over email and you violated it. fix your stuff and be more responsible with your sells.

There you have it :) Character is in transition at the moment, and there is the 5bil plus 2 unread emails on the character, so you'll have to talk to the new owner. Future reference, before sending ISK make sure to check the forum thread, especially if you never got a response from me until 6 hours after you inquired.

As you can see Tru and I conversed instantly, and he also sent the ISK promptly, and the reality is whoever puts the ISK in my wallet first gets the alt.

AND you can talk to CCP, BUT due to the fact that you sent the ISK without checking the thread 6 hours later (and I'm sure when you did you saw that I sold the toon) you sent the ISK knowing the pilot was sold, so unless you have an agreement with the new owner, I don't know if he's obligated to give your ISK back.

I tell you what, YOU check your mails, see what time the ISK was transferred and post a screenshot for me please, we'll see if it's after the transfer because I have that email on record :)
