What about building Rigs with Salvage stuff...
or isnt it worth it?

Rig production is a pretty competitive business.

If you're serious about producing rigs, you'll end up buying salvage on the market. If you're not serious about it but are good at liquidating your assets, you'll make more money selling salvage. If you're not serious about producing or good at liquidating, the benefits are marginal at best.
