Hi guys !

I'm looking to know how the indexes are raising and decreasing in NULL SEC SOV.

Ok, for levelling up you have to mine ORE or kill NPCs and if not enough activities, indexes decreases; but what are the maths behind that ?

Example : Industry index is Level 3 +45% at 02:00 EVE TIME. If nobody mine between 02:00 and the DownTime at 11:00, what can be this index at 11:00 ?

Thanks !!

Hey Imperia,

there was a bit of changes in teh past months regarding SOV Indexes.

- The decay on both Military and industry Index is 1% per hour
- There is a old guide for the industry index ( out of date ) , open it and check the table with m3 needed for specific Indexes.just half all numbers and your fine http://go-dl.eve-files.com/media/1205/Bloodtear_Industy_Index_Report_v3.pdf

regarding the Military index i cant tell you teh exact numbers of rats needed to be killed
