Hello, dear CCP.

Is there a reason why The Gorgon Empire haven't received the Sansha skins we won at the last tournament? Given that they are already on sale in Jita, I can assume that some of the other teams did receive them.

Ah fantastic, we're not the only one.

To the best of our knowledge, the Easily Excited executor has not received them either.
I submitted a support ticket about this a month ago and it was ignored.
