It's really not that hard to avoid getting suicide ganked in hisec.

Tank your ship properly, use a Procurer or a Skiff, not Hulks or Covetors. Fit a Higgs Rig and stay aligned to a handy celestial (you'll have to turn around and align in the opposite direction every now and again, deal with it). Keep mashing your D-Scan, if a bunch of Catalysts/Thrashers/Coercers suddenly appear on D-Scan, warp out. Set that corp to Red, if local suddenly spikes with reds, warp off and dock up.

Ultimately just remember, CONCORD is RETRIBUTIVE not preventative.

If you AFK mine in an untanked Hulk/Retriever/Covetor, you're 100% certain to get ganked every now and again.

Your 'bad apples' are in most every alliance in EVE, either on their 'main' or on an 'alt'.

As for Wardecs, declaring war to gankers is mostly useless, as they tend to be -10 anyway and have methods to NOT get caught between the time they undock and gank. Also, Nulsec alliances mostly don't care being Wardecced. I know, been on both side of the equation. I 'ganked' and podded planty of miners in my Hisec Wardec times, lotsa fun, yes sir.

Nothing like catching a 7 man mining gang, complete with Orca, Freighter an Exhumers, then podding half of them in their Highwall 5% mining implants because its one guy multiboxing and he's half AFK when we start the purging.

When you make it to Null Sec you will find that we more or less dont care about what happens to pilots in HS, this includes HS war dec's its lulz worthy. I spent some time talking with one of my killers last night, then i slept on the subject, and i would like to apologize to the C&P folks.

I guess after a year of playing basically solo (i mean i have not spoken to a dozen people in a year of hisec play) i reacted badly to honorable PvP. It mus have been the idea in my head that hisec was safe if you were not a PVPer or in a player corp.

Again i am sorry the C&P folks had to take time out from C&P business to adress this.

Also:

I am supposed to apologize to Lady Ati for maligning her good name and the good name of Systems High Guard. SMA also have my regrets that i accused them of harboring criminals. Actually most of the people that contacted me turned out to just be normal people who like to shoot each other in game.

I would like to apologize to James315 for stealing his ore, Lament was right, i never even considered the benefits of a permit.

Lastly, Shootyou Longtyme thanks for the evemails last night. You took time to calmly explain a few things that the folks here in C&P were trying to get me to understand. I dont agree with everything we discussed, but i now understand so much more about why you do what you do.
Oh, and i will shoot you long time the next time i see you, but now i understand that when this happens, you will probably be laughing like a lunatic. And that seems like the more fun way to play.
