Issues, Workarounds & Localization

Hi. I speak a little English, i'm sorry form that.

I purchased Eve Online Premium Edition from Steam. But, New Eden Store unable to access.

I tried:

-Start the game from Steam.
-Start the game from shortcut
-Start the game from eve.exe on mainfolder
-Start the game from launcher.exe on mainfolder.. etc.

I contacted CCP customer service. They suggested me some solutions.

- File verifying from Steam and from Eve Launcher. didn't worked
- They gave me a private beta launcher code. didn't worked
- Shutting down antivirus program and firewall. didn't worked
- I send them log file. didn't worked
- Changed DNS. didn't worked.


They could not find the solution. So I gave extra money(Premium Edition) . But I can not use my aurum.. (I'm not mistaken, must be 3000 aurum.) Is there anyone living in this situation before?

Id suggest downloading EVE Online from CCP and not using Steam for EVE
