Migrading from old launcher to new

Hey,

I have following setup: main eve installation and copy of it that is used for sisi. In other words, I have two seperate folders containing eve installations for running tranquilaty and sisi session. This has worked well so far but I would like to try new launcher. What is easiest way to start using new launcher with my setup? I did not find good instructions for this.
