But enough about you and the OP. This is a thread about the glorious New Order of High Sec.

Post with your main or GTFO, you bought that toon fm Slumlord Bob, who was a more skilled player than you ever were. But Slumlord Bob is a hapless pirate ganker and a James315 monkey boy. You been dinning on his KM's an rep?!

You are blowing your cover. The "Post with your main" argument is a trade mark of C&P veteran posters. Particularly telling from a self proclaimed "NPC Alt".

Please see yourself out, or post with your main OP.

Yeah but what, when the people are not kowtowing to CODE.
What when the people are supporting CODE. by buying permits and Donations.
Like i do and many others more!
I take pride in the words "I support Code. and James 315".
To be Honest whiny little prats like yopu, make me think more and more if i shouldn't join CODE. for myself to teach the words and the wisdom of James 315 to Carebears like you.

I'm offended by people like you! I really am!

And maybe you should read the Golden rules
But let me quote some of them for you:

    Consent to PvP
  • You consent to PvP when you click "undock".
  • You are not safe in 1.0 security space. CONCORD is there to punish, not to protect. Get used to the idea.
  • In most cases, the only way to be 100% safe from agression inside the game is to be docked in a station. Being cloaked
  • in a secret safespot could work too.

Now, you Antiganker fools might argue that shooting a freighter is not PVP.
YES it focking is!
PvP does not means Knights in shiny armor fighting it out with some Caracals.
PvP means Player versus Player and shooting a bot aspirant or afk miner is therefore PvP!
But if you Antigankers aka Multi purpose whiners still just don't get it, go and try some other games.
Farmville must be something for you, i would assume!

I really enjoy playing EVE and its sense of community. However, some areas are quite disturbing. I am talking about James 315 and the deleterious cult of CODE.

James 315 has delusions of grandeur and his cult like ramblings remind me of Jim Jones of Jonestown infamy. Truly believing his own rhetoric that CODE are contributing to the betterment and growth of Eve.

His naïve guileless cult like followers have all the hallmarks of religious brainwashing. It is their personal choice to follow his ramblings, but to force through threats others to carry his "all hail James 315" mantra is beyond the pale.

Our parents told us to stand up to bullies and never bow down to false prophets. Hold firm to your sense of right and be brave in Eve.

First of all, dude called me "guileless".

But more importantly, this thread shows why the New Order is always winning. ALWAYS.

Contrary to the OPs premise, we Agents of the New Order are hardly brainwashed, we are not bullies and we are certainly not deleterious. We represent everything that makes Eve a different game from all the rest. We are the danger that waits when a player undocks. We are the corrective punishment for the stupid mistake. We are the just reward for every botter, AFKer and autopiloter who thought they were safe and could disregard the rest of the Eve community. But most of all, we are an example of how players, and players alone, can create something that is extraordinary, impactful and a massive amount of fun.

Because that, in the end, is why the New Order, CODE. and all the supporters of James 315 cannot be defeated. We are having a blast, in a uniquely positive environment, and our playstyle is attractive, sustainable and true to the ideals of Eve Online. WE are what people join this game to do. We welcome anyone who wants to participate... without judgement, without suspicion and without negativity.

Anti-ganking continuously fails not because the pilots are unskilled, uneducated and unwilling. They fail because they fight for a negative cause. The ranks of the New Order are full of former AG pilots. I can think of no former Agent who now considers themselves an anti-ganker. Its just no fun over there. Just a short visit to the anti-ganking channel is enough to turn away many players. Say something slightly off message and you will be accused of being a CODE. spy and quickly banished. The futility of the Uedama AG fleets finish off many more. You just can't make it fun to fail time after time and when there is something that kinda looks like success realize that the player you saved (for the moment) DOESN'T EVEN KNOW YOU DID IT. Well, keeping up morale in that environment is not likely.

A player that wants to get into the content we create has three choices. The first is to be an AFK miner, an autopiloting freighter or shuttle pilot, or the self-serving CEO of a highsec industrial corp. Those we will destroy as we have been doing. OR you can choose to join the anti-gankers. Prepare for anger, frustration, paranoia and failure. Finally, you can become an Agent of the New Order. There you will find friendship, adventure, excitement and most definitely humor.

What more could you ask for?

Highsec is worth fighting for.

By choosing to mine in New Order systems, highsec miners have agreed to follow the New Halaima Code of Conduct.  www.minerbumping.com

It's totally amazing that you grind ISK all day and then give it away to some other people so they can have actually fun while playing EVE just because of us. I mean that ISK would have been totally useless in your wallet, now it fuels explosions and content. Sadly you have no part in this content you create with your ISK, but at least you pay for it.

I never said I 'grind' isk, just said I had the 'means'. The MERCs will create content and CODEs means to create isk will hurt.

Let's see what's behind beer number 3. *Tell 'em what they've won, Bob!"

Look man, I'm a noob. I'll most likely always be a scrub. But from day one, I could already tell who my people are here.

You guys who come in here and complain about players actually innovating within the mechanics of the game bore me to tears. You should be learning from these people. They are the real players. I don't know what game you're all playing, but it sounds like Candy Crush with spaceships, basically. Why the hell would anyone pay for a sub to be afk the whole time?

By the way, you're welcome to come kill me any time. It won't be difficult. But I just don't care.

What ever happened to good ole Veers?

Insufferable as he may have been, he at least could frame a structured statement and a semi decent argument most days. I didn't agree with him too much, but at least he was fun to see in action.

You haven't directly responded to my rebuttal. What I have seen thus far, in the discourse here, is wishful thinking-- imagining some galaxy without conflict.

Now what, exactly, would be the point of playing a game like that? Obviously, the trivial, opt-in kind of conflict that PVE offers would be the only point. Therefore, you'd have yet another single-player game.

Which Eve isn't.

You are not part of those ratbags yet, sorry for any confusion. You are the everyman and I appeal to you. There will always be conflict in Eve, that is a given.

In a nut shell - don't kowtow to bullies.

Noob does not equal stupid.

Your missives fall short of your goals, I'm afraid.

To be quite blunt, there are smarter people out there who see the weaknesses in any argument, even given limited contexts.

No one ever said natural selection was fair. You are free to write yourself out of the genome.

Frankly, I think a game forum is a poor place to posit pet ideologies about human life-- because that's really what people are trying to do-- ascribe some kind of outside valuation upon what is, in essence, a battle arena.

It will never work.
