Question regardingin Cyno's and Warp Core Stabs

So we had a dreadnaught pointed in lowsec we pointed him at a planet- and next thing he cyno'd out of system. We presume that maybe he is warp core stabbed and were wondering if you have warp core stabs- can you still cyno?

I tried asking in Help- but with no Gm there- my questions are usually answered by retards. Thanks Guys
