PI: Will I lose output if my storage facility or launchpad is full ?

PI: If my storage facility is full, containing both inputs and outputs, will I lose outputs from production facilities or will they absorb inputs simultaneously with delivery outputs?

They should swap simultaneously but I am not 100% sure on that. Your best bet is to leave a little space if possible.

They swap simultaneously. As long as the Product has a lower vol. then the inputs (always true > chain) then you will have no issues.
