I suggest bringing in a drug that increases jump range and reduces jump fatigue for 1 day or a few hours or something but can only be used once every 6 months.

The penalties need to be severe like with strong booster 0% resistance.

Why?

Because he wants to undermine the single most important and most effective modificiation to eve ever made...

And because his super alts can no longer moonwalk into a system doomsday all the jump freighters and ratting carriers and then moonwalk out to safety...

I know, I just want to see him justify that in the context of how good it would be for newbies.

This seems like a question for the Capital focus group:

Of course, they are also going to ask "why?"

CCP should add more NPC 0.0 space to open it up and liven things up: the Stepping Stones project.

Have you even used drugs? I mean, even not looking at what the drug does that you actually suggested... It has a unique drawback of only being used twice a year, and that it lasts at least twice-24 times as long as any drug (Assuming that the duration you are suggesting is after taking all skills to 5). How would that even fit in with the current design of drugs?

Lowering the average to make you look better since 2012.

I support removing the jump range skill and adding jump range drugs and implants instead. That way having the jump range skill at 5 won't be mandatory for joining capital fleets.

Alternatively, leave the skill in but allow a player to use boosters/implants to gain part of their untrained jump range while not allowing them to go over the skill 5 jump range.

You really do try to come up with the worst possible ideas, don't you? Some people are good "outside the box" thinkers because they come up with new ways to solve old problems. You consistently come up with new ways to create more problems.

Replacing mandatory skills with mandatory implants and drugs? That's your solution? Please, get back in the box.
