Fin Udan Bond No. 1 - 1b/15% 1 month(Paid up and closed)

Due to the success of my margin trading leveraged market operation I have a short term liqudity problem.

I am currently earning about 100m a day so the problem will naturally resolve itself in the space of a few weeks.

However in order to maintain my current momentum I would like a short term injection of working capital hence this offer.

The Offer :-

There will be 100 x 10m bonds. There will be no limit on bonds held. It will be 1st come 1st served.

The investors will be listed in this thread and the bond administered from here.

The Offer will commence once all the bonds have been sold and isk received.

Investors will be repaid 11.5m per bond 28 days after the commencement of the bond.

My current assets are :-

Goods on sale on the market : - 2,798,420,000
Isk held in Escrow : - 1,763,539,587
Wallet : - 212,451,940

I have buy orders : - 4,748,881,302

These figures show that I'm somewhat overtrading atm hence the short term need for an injection of capital.

I appreciate that this forum will regard this as an extremely high risk offer which is why I am offering low level 10m bonds and a relatively high interest rate.

Obviously I have no collateral since all of my capital is tied up in the market.

I would be willing to publicize a limited api showing which skills I have trained(I am currently training margin trading4 to be followed by broker relations4 wholesale3 and wholesale4) If someone will explain how I do it :)

575m will be paid to each of the 2 investors at 8 a.m. Wednesday 3rd February

I might be interested in filling this. However, I need to know a few things.
1) I see you are a month and a half old and so am curious as to how you reached your current total worth.
2) How long have you been doing this?
3) What are your long term plans, say about a year from now?
4) What if you lose the 1b, how do we as an investor get our money back?
5) Do you only trade currently or do you do other things as well?
6) Why should we trust you?
7) How do you currently keep your account active, plex, sub?

I ) I originally purchased a 6 month subscription and 2 plexes as a Present to myself. I started off training as an explorer and got to the stage of be able to hack red relic sites. I decided I didn't like the pvp side of exploring after I lost a couple of ships so I changed tack and decided to become a trader. Once I had a few trading skills and buy orders I decided I needed more capital so I purchased a 3rd plex. I've lost several ships mission running by being dumb which leaves me where I am now.
So 3.4b from plex. Maybe 200m ship losses. So i've gone from 3.2b to where I am now through station trading.
2) This is my main. I have an alt permanently stationed in Jita called Military Attache
3) The items I trade in require large amounts of capital. My long term plan is to acquire that capital and be the dominant trader in my category in my region. My operation is easily transferable to another region should circumstances necessitate it.
4) The only way I could lose your money is if I get hit by a bus.
5) I'm a station trader
6) The nature of the goods I trade in means that in the long term I will either have to use third parties or become a third party myself. The implied value of that is inestimably way beyond 1b
7) That won't arise for some time since I have a 6 month subscription. Assuming this bond gets off the ground I don't expect to have to inject any more cash into the game at any time.

Everything you are saying is understandable but at the end of the day you have no collateral and no history.

Giving you ISK would be gambling, not investing. Some people are into that though...

I fully appreciate that which is why I have made the minmum investment small and the interest rate comparatively large.

I have made several investments on these forums.

Out of these investments 2 that offered collateral defaulted, whereas the most risky investment I made came through, so an odd punt can be quite fun.

On the basis I am slightly crazy and it's a minor amount of isk, i'll fill 50% of this so 500mil, happy to transfer when needed.

Alternatively, up the interest to 20% give me full API and a more indepth plan over eve mail and ill cover the full 1bil

I have inputted an api key into Eve Mogul twice so far but it doesn't appear to be working :(

I am still looking for investors to fill the bond(my liquidity problem has eased somewhat because after several sales my wallet is currently showing 804m)

Any advice in respect of demonstrating my trading performance in this thread besides Eve Mogul would be welcome :)

API / Getting Eve Mogul to work would be a cracking start.

Well, to be fair, eve mogul has been buggy lately. It's actually down for me too atm.

I think the irony here is that you could have gotten this small injection filled pretty fast if you did it the gentleman way, instead of public..

It also strikes me as a bit strange that you cant put up a few ships or other passive assets as collateral.. With the NAV you are working you should have some assets you would want to use to secure your investors?

I am usually not risk averse, but this seems a bit rushed to my tastes..

I like that you didn't promise to buy PLEX to payback investors as I see that as a easy/not caring answer to what happens if you lose all the money. However, it is always possible to lose the investment. For example, if you were invested in X, Y, and Z heavily for whatever reason and CCP were to negatively change X, Y, and Z the prices could drop drastically very quickly. I have seen this happen before. Is this likely, no but it is possible. Or more likely you by accident sell something for 50m instead of 500m. This happens to the best of us at some point.

Since you do not acknowledge these possibilities I do not think I would be interested in investing at this time. Please do not take this as anything more than helpful criticism for any future bonds you offer.

My current assets are :-

Sell orders 2,676,335.000
Isk in escrow 1,816,411,178
Wallet 438,663,912

This gives me a NAV of 4,933,409,090

I have 4,780,142,226 in buy orders and margin trading4 finishing in 2 hours. I will then train broker relations4 and then wholesale3 and wholesale4. The purpose of this bond is to expand into the extra 32 slots that I will have in 2d 13h.

Obviously I have 2.6+ billion in physical assets but they are all for sale on the market. It would be rather perverse to cancel sell orders merely to put stuff up for collateral. :)

I am still looking for investors to fill the rest of the bond.

As per my previous post my NAV is currently close to 5b. The category of goods I trade in is very price stable and my buy orders are spread over a range of 43 different items. It is inconceivable that I could lose all of my isk through my current trading operation.

I am still looking for investors to fill the rest of the bond.
