New PC, fresh install, Settings not saving...

So I just built a new PC and loaded it up with (please don't hate me) Windows 10. After installing everything I needed, I got Eve online onto the machine and started playing. I loaded my overview from a corp mate and started having some fun, logged off smiling, and came back another time to continue my space journeys.

However, when I logged back in every setting was back in the reset back to it's default (window size, graphics settings, etc...) I deleted EVE and then fresh installed again and this didn't fix the problem. I'm at a loss as to how to move forward. Having to fine tune my overview each time I play is going to cause me to quit.

Any ideas? I did some searching via these forums and the good ol' google but didn't find anything to help...
