So like...everything is broken

Okay so i download Eve and launch the game. Great. Select my faction, bloodline, and...no, no customization options whatsoever. So i figure repairing the game might help. Guess what, no repair tool. None.
Can anyone explain any of this? I'm really frustrated with wth is going on.

during the part where you pick your race/gender and all that, it tells you that you can further customize the appearance of your character in a station - like immediately after starting the game.

confused me the first time as well

There is a repair tool. It's in the launcher UI. Click on the gear wheel in the upper right hand corner of the launcher then go to "advanced" tab. It's right there at the bottom.

Alternatively find it in your installation folder, it's called repair.exe

You don't need repair.
When ready with the character selection and your'e in a station that offer Character Customization Service
(the T-Shirt Icon in Station menue) - just click this Icon.

I have read in other threads that some people are experiencing a bug with character customization. You should submit a ticket to CCP, they might be able to give you something to customize your appearance.

I was just creating an alt and this really got me confused. Was it always like this? Thanks for the tip!
