Industry window Facilties tab not showing all facilities

Just started doing this today. This list should have about 40 facilities on it. Right now it's only showing 9 facilties in The Forge. No, there are no filters enabled. I tried a second account and same thing. Have I gone full ******?

Cleared cache and now I have 18 on the list. Roll

And like magic it is now working properly again. Whatever CCP broke, I guess they fixed.

The industry window has a 10 minute cache expiry [Crius patch notes].

My industry window was screwed up for over an hour, and caching alone doesn't explain why it did what it did in the first place: Simply fail to show all the facilities available in the region. First time I've seen it.
