i found an index flaw error.

the system where i pve has been military 5 for a few days.
and yes we have gotten all the 35+ anoms
but somedays only 29+s to 33ish.

the military index has constatly been build up
and in some cases due to the hollydays season
been rush . to get it to 5 b4 downtime

and we notice that if the index is not lvl 5 1 hr and 9 mins b4 downtime
the server does not saves the index lvl.

its like the INDEX server is not part of the daily downtime procedure. or it got left behind on the day saving time. "summer" time

From where do you know you have 35 Anoms in total ? Random sites can also spawn in a system and maybe you have less then you think.

The complete index lvl thing is kinda crap because you can not really count after reaching lvl 5 how long this will hold... You can only count sites you made allready and constant observating this but allmost impossible to do so to prevent to get back to lvl4, the same is about the industry index, you can count m³ after reaching lvl 5 but you never know, maybe 2 min before downtime you fall back to lvl 4 and you can do nothing and you loose your big belt... need some love the stuff...
