I See a strange Bug on Mining Drones.

Try this:

Target a Roid and let your Mining-Drones mine on it for a Moment.(You must see the Lasers)
Scoop Drones and Start them again.
Watch what they bring back after the Minute.

I think a Damage-Bonus is going wrong.

For best results try Procurer (I think Exhumer are better) and hold your Pants. Roll

Or you could submit a bug report while not encouraging other players to engage in an exploit that could see a bunch of people banned.

Isn't this bug already have been reported something like months ago or at least weeks ? I remember someone even did a video to explain the glitch and sent it to ccp (https://youtu.be/S1GSu6v4TCk).

Strange that this is not corrected yet, but I would like to know from CCP if we can use this or not, since mining drones are quite bad with their sluggish speed.

In the name of Jirai 'Fatal' Laitanen : “Some capsuleers claim that ECM is 'dishonorable' and 'unfair'. Jam those ones first, and kill them last.”

You're wrong about drones being "quite bad." Just sit close to an asteroid that you send your drones on and mine other asteroids. They aren't normally amazing (like they are currently with this bug or whatever), but they are far from bad. You only get an 8%ish boost to yield by upgrading from T1 strips up into T2 strips with T1 crystals, or another 8% by upgrading from T1 to T2 crystals. For a similar amount of training, you can go from no drones to T2 mining drones and drone interfacing 3-4, which gives you a 10-20% or so bump to your yield depending on how good your other skills are and whether you have boosts. You don't even need drone navigation or avionics or any other drone skills either, if you simply park within 2k of the asteroid you're sending drones at.

And yeah, there have been a few threads in the last few weeks, plus I assume some people have been reporting it in other ways than posting threads in S&I.

The way I figure it? I just use my mining drones the same way I did before this yield issue appeared. I launch them when I arrive in a belt, then have to recall them within a few minutes when rats show up and need killing, then when I launch my drones again they are in overdrive mode. What am I supposed to do? NOT use a game mechanic in the exact way I always have and that it is intended to be used? Just because CCP hasn't even acknowledged there is a bug, let alone done anything at all about it? It's not like this is some exploit you have to jump through hoops to trigger... so I'll just keep playing like normal unless I hear otherwise.
