Highlights:

Perfect shield skills, except compensations.
Perfect gunnery support skills.
Can fit all t2 armor mods and reppers on subcaps.
10 days 'till perfect missile support skills.
Heavy missiles t2.
Acceleration Control/Afterburner/Evasive Manouvering/Navigation 5 for a perfect ab tengu.
All tengu subsistems at level 5.

Security connections lvl5 for perfect lp reward from missions.

Full set of +5 implants except carisma.
4 5% implants for tengu which take the clone value at 1b.

With this char you can start training any subcap ship from any race you want and you're gonna have the perfect skills for offense and close to perfect for defense, or you can farm like a little happy bee in null sec or run missions in highsec.

Great idea on specialising his support skills and leaving the actual career path open to a perspective buyer though. Dont sell out too cheaply. Its a good char.
