I am a player that has taken many breaks from the game and i have now gotten into the market but i am a little low on cash i only have 20mil isk to get my operation running i was wondering if i could get a loan from anyone out there to help me out Big smile

You will need to give more info. Such as how much you want to borrow. Either way you will likely have to get a shield from the people who will follow and tear you apart.
