I may not be an entirely new player but i am born again every time i take a break!
I have no idea where to post this~

In any case i decided to purchase 28 plex through steam - my default eve launching tool
I noticed that their were discounts so i went ahead and processed it at a cost 80$+ than the account managment page.
The launcher ADVERTISED discounted prices.

This however isn't the problem -

I lodged a support ticked friday and again on saturday in relation to the extra charges! I did my research and made sure that all the details required had been put in writing and patiently waited.
I logged in today for the 4th day in a row to no response.
This just is not good enough for a paying customer and i am getting seriously pissed off not being able to contact the company i PAY for the right to contact them. Thats included in the plex a month.

Has anyone else had issues with the support ticket system?
Is it being used or have ccp cut costs and fired the people that read those tickets?
How can i get in touch with someone regarding plex purchases and Whatnot?

Different tickets have different priorities.

I had a reim ticket that took 4 days for a response, the GM apologized for the delay. All good.

I had a stuck ticket for the first time ever today, it took maybe 20 mins. Ship wouldn't move. Was being chased in null and was stuck on a gate.

My mission problem tickets have usually been replied to within an hour on the outside, 30 mins on the inside.

It has always been like that. Certain tickets have high priority, others have low priority. They WILL get to you though. But when high priority tickets keep popping, the low priority tickets take longer. I've always liked the service here, but it is annoying when your issue is not a priority and they have a hard time clearing their tickets.

Just be aware that steam sells plex at different rates than CCP. If you bought the plex through steam, they might refer you back to steam.

My choice of pronouns is based on your avatar. Even if I know what is behind the avatar.

If you purchased through Steam, then surely any support you require about that purchase should also be made to Steam.

This.

Also, I have a ticket open. When it reaches 20+ days I add a line to reset it,
because adding text puts it back at the end of the queue.

After the first 20+ days of waiting I thought that's something worth of testing.

It's two+ months now. XD

Edit: NOOOOOoooooo they locked it. :(

Average response time to tickets is about 2 weeks; billing and account issues are faster, but still you can expect a few days of waiting. On the plus side, when they do respond it's intelligent and the issue is sorted out pretty fast.

Just be patient for a few more days.

There is no false advertising so I'm not sure why you opened a support ticket. They are probably still trying to figure out why you did.

Greets!

I've only filed one support ticket, was on a mission and the objective suddenly changed to "must destroy the grey cloud". The response was pretty quick. (Turned out to be a known bug.)

As the others have said, sounds like a Steam issue.

A. Petitions take time. The more urgent the matter (unplayable errors) the quicker they are dealt with. The lesser the 'research' to be done (stuck mission, hit reset button), they quicker they are sorted.

B. Your own damn fault to buy through Steam, that is NOT CCP's problem.

C. Nowhere did it state (yeah, saw that advert too) that they were chsaper then buying directly from CCP. They were reduced price compared to normal Steam prices.

And guess what, Valve wanta to make money too, so no **** Sherlock, that their prices are higher then buying directly from the aource.

D. As for who to contact regarding PLEXel, that would be me. Put them on contract to me and I will investigate what is wrong with themTwisted
