Cannot make contracts

Only on one account, all the others are good. Tried item-exchange, courier, to person, to corp. Nothing worked. The issue is _per account_ not per character so all my 3 character on a certain account cannot issue contracts at all. Tried clearing cache, restarting client, pc, waiting (at least 3 hrs now) but it's still blocked. It blocks after the selection of the items, basically on the first step after entering the name of the one who should receive the contract. No error message pops out, nothing happens, it doesn't crash, it doesn't idle, it just doesn't go on.

Just for the record, the problem was a blocker in some kind of UI element. As suggested in the ticket's answer I had to clear the "warning messages for non-empty container" which is basically any fitted ship, among other things.

having the same issue. were is that located? nm found it. never click dont ask me again, always awnser that qestion or it seems to spawn this issue, annoying bug lol.
