Question is simple really and I am hoping there is a simple answer. A friend of mine has a POS under siege in empire space. He has asked if I could come help rep the POS after he got war decced and the opposing force reinforced his POS. TBH, I have never done HS POS stuff before; only Null. I am not in his corp or alliance.

Can I show up at his POS and help him repair it?

Are there repercussions to do such an action (i.e. can the war deccing alliance attack me--legally thru war dec mechanics?)?

Thanks in advance for your help!

I believe it gives you suspect status, but no, 15 minutes and you are not a free game anymore.

Nice! Might as well bring a t1 cruiser anyways. Nice and cheap! Thanks for the response.

I'm not sure, but:
If it does give you suspect status, you will need to set your safety to yellow before you can do the rep. If you can do the rep without setting the safety off green, then you are free and clear. You can rep without fear of being attacked.
If you do need to go suspect, be aware that anyone will be able to shoot you, including your friend's enemies.

Also, if the enemy does see you doing reps, they may war dec your corp. So, be sure that's OK with your CEO, or drop to an NPC corp beforehand.
