Seeking tech help: Strange issue while watching streaming video

Sometime recently, anything I watch online (Netflix, YouTube, and etc) has this odd issue where the video stops but the audio continues. This happens in full screen only. I have to exit full screen just to get the picture moving again. It happens every couple of minutes on a regular basis. I have tried other browsers (Edge, IE 11, and Chrome) and the issue is present in all of them.

I don't know where to start; so, any help will be greatly appreciated. BTW, I am running latest build of Windows 10 and latest nVidia driver.

I remember I had that happening to me once, don't recall how I fixed it though. Open the task manager and see what process uses a lot of resources.

p.s. if it happens only for stream videos might be a bandwidth/provider issue.

Well, the issue seems to have resolved itself for some reason or another.
