I love all things that go cloak and have all ships that can cloak but im a little confused on how a covert cyno actually works

I have had them used on me to some extent (hard to remember when it was my first real week in eve) and I know the bare bone mechanics of them as in fitted to covert ships and doesnt show up on overview but 1 thing ive heard before but havent had any confirmation on is if ships that are bridged and jumped to it do they come in system cloaked

so what is it do ships that jump to it just appear in system like theyve jumped through a gate or do they come in covert cloaked to stay stealthy or does only the blop when it is jumped happen to do that

largely this doesnt matter too much but i dont really want to learn this the hard way if someone can just tell me instead

when you have been bridged and/or you jump into a covert cyno , you are uncloaked and appear in the local

the only things is that your covert cyno doesn't appear at all in the overview/dscan and running really shortly than a regular one (1min i think in a non-recon ship)
