I second this, I use either a PvP fit Megathron or a Raven, always PvP fit your PvE ships is my motto, makes it more.. 'fun' when that hunter lands on you and is all proud with his catch, till he sees the Scram hit him.. And the Web.. And the Heavy Neut, and the Drones, and the.. Oh.. He is dead, look at that! Did you see the look on his face? I mean, it's gone now, but did you see it?

Hehe.. Or you use the NPCs to your tactical advantage, like I did once or twice with a buddie. We were doing this sleeper relic site and two bright fellas came and wanted to say hello.
Since they landed at zero and we were orbiting this site with a very large orbit and were on the other side of the relic they would have had to burn for us.
So my buddie asked me on comms if we should bail since we didn't have tackle on (damnit) but I told him to stop shooting that poor Sleepless Preserver.
And next thing you know, that Sleepless Preserver was shooting the Heretic he went down and the poor Phantasm pilot saw the error of his way and bailed in armor.

Funny how things work out for you when you know exactly what your environment is doing when something changes.
