Issues, Workarounds & Localization

This was noticed by myself and a corp member. The best way to describe the effect, a rewind and replay of the seconds just before. I was docking while she was in a combat site. I had to click dock again once the replay was completed while rats that had just popped had to be popped again.

Not sure it it effected others in system, or any other system.

P.S. honestly, the first thing I thought was, when did tractor units get to grab ships and pull them backwards??? Who's yanking the tail of the hauler???
