so i created an API key and i copied and pasted the vcode and key id into the Neocome iphone app, but yet i'm still getting the "Illegal Page Request" error... i've googled for a solution, but every thread that comes up has zero responses... idk what to do. any help???

My suggestion: copy/paste the ID and vcode into eveboard.com and see if it works. You can put a password on it and/or delete the listing if you don't want it public. But this way you're testing whether the API works; if it works then it's a problem with your app. If it doesn't work, then it's a problem with the API.

i created a new API (since i deleted the old one), and did that. i had to register the first time, and it looked like it had no problems. but just to make sure, i logged out and logged back in. now under each char it says "Error: Illegal page request! Please verify the access granted by the key you are using!"

though i can click "view sheet" and that works fine...

lol wait... i'm an idiot... i wasn't clicking the options on the API page - the "Account and Market" / "Communications" / "Public/Private Information" / "Science and Industry" boxes... i thought those were just listings of what it would display, not actual options to toggle... when i did that and refreshed the eveboard page, the error went away.
