Eve-Account Based Polling - Why Polling is not a Thing on Eve Forums?

So we have a little competition where the prize winner will be determined through public vote.

The existing methods are susceptible to multiple voting frauds through ip change or creation of multiple accounts (if its a facebook poll or something). The prize will be juicy enough for some to take the trouble to attempt these stuff.

I was thinking maybe there is some account-based solution.

It would be awesome if you could simply create a poll on the Eve Forums and I am shocked on why it is not a thing already.

Is there any other third party solutions?
