Launcher "network problems" after sleep

With a recent update to the launcher, everytime after I wake up my PC from hibernation, the launcher pops up a "Diagnose network problems" dialog ("An error was encountered while downloading (see log for details). Do you want to run network diagnostics?".

Please make the launcher a bit smarter and not shove this dialog to the top after waking up my pc.

could you please post that in the feedback thread (link on the right of the launcher) just in case this gets flooded in the post patch usual Armageddon here :)
