ISK Ready, Looking for fast buy.

Cybernetics must be at least 4
Fighters 4
Must be able to use Capital Reps + Capital Cap Transfer
Must have a T2 Tank
Must have good Cap Skills


I'm not looking for much and i do know 10 billion is very very fair for what im looking for.

All overpriced toons will be ignored.
Nothing over lets say 15 billion to be posted, they will not be accepted and will be considered as a bump.
