I dont even know what it is, but since it was a drop I dont think I am far from the right forum to ask the question: What in the world is a Blood Raider Power Redistributor? Is a rather worthy item but I cannot find much info about what it does, where is used and all that. If somebody knows I would appreciate a hint.

Correct.

I see. The info panel is very plain, only talks about attributes as volume and nothing about industry. Ok, thanks.
