I think you should try asteroid belts.

Once you think you have it all, you have actually become ignorant towards everything else.

That deserves a rimshot: ba-dum ching

Other than the obvious already stated, not sure what to tell you BUT it seems like every time Im moving through hisec someone is harvesting tears from a hapless miner in local so it doesnt seem to be an uncommon occurence. Perhaps you just need to be a little more patient.

@OP
But in all seriousness, use your map. Pick the systems with the most number of ships in space in the last 30 minutes, then compare that to the number of kills in the last 24 hours, you will probably find some systems to can bait in.

Wow was that needed. Some people I think lose the whole GAMING concept. It is just a game and if you have nothing nice or helpful to say then don't say anything.
I want to thank all of you who actually put time and effort into leaving informative replies. Thanks again.

Why flip cans when you can suicide gank hulks with 4-5 thrashers? You have friends right?

*Sigh*

Pick a system quite near to a trade hub , with asteroid belts (obviously) preferably one with a lot of people in local. Use D scan to check for cans, warp in - profit!

Hi, welcome to C&P. You must be new here. You should probably be forewarned, once you start flipping and killing miners, you're gonna get better stuff than "OP is ignorant." I guarantee you they won't have anything nice to say.

I saw him the other day in a dram. Thought it was pretty funny. Was debating shooting him but just couldn't be assed.

I can flip my alts and then kill them so that I can be an elite pvper with a really high battle clinic ranking. Does that count as can flipping?

You can find it at any asteroid belt.

Well I can say dont do it in a start system, CCP does not like it when people mess with the kOObs. For a different reason stay away from Aldrat. It's the home system of EVE University you flip one of them and the next thing you know you have 20 to 50 of students after "flashy". They dont fight alone unless you ask first, and they are known for Ewar, you spend most of the fight jammed, webbed and pointed.

Balle and Vylade are always filled with jetcan miners.

It's no longer as easy to canflip as is once was. Damned Orca's. Straight
