Is there a tutorial or guide out there for the Isk Per Hour program? I've been using eve-cost.eu for the past year but I feel IPH is a better program if I could just figure it out.

The developer may post soon, but I've never found one. If you do a google search I believe a couple of bloggers have posted an introduction.

Main thing is to just start playing around and keep in mind that there are a LOT of options that you don't have to do anything with to get basic functionality.

Load your API and then manage your blueprints/scan for blueprints.
Import prices from Jita
Use the manufacturing list tab to get a list of profitablity for all blueprints or the blueprints you own
or
Pull up specific blueprints on the blueprints tab to look at build/cost information.

This is pretty much what I do.

I have the API entered, import prices split max buy/min sell from the relevant hub, then I use the main tab to check my blueprints for profitability and choose what to build.

In the manufacturing list, it can be a bit confusing, because it returns items that you cannot build, but if you set the SVR threshold to 20 or so (YMMV, pick a value which works at your location), then it returns only the items with actual sales.
