Endurance with cloak

I had a Covert Ops Cloaking device working with the Endurance. I logged in today and noticed that not only was it offline, it can't be reactivated because it can't be fit to the Endurance. If this is based on the Prospect, which can use Covert Ops, why is it now disabled?

its brain in box bug. clear game cache restart game and it will work

The issue is unrelated to brain in a box. The Endurance was mistakenly released with the ability to fit a Covert Ops Cloak, but has now been corrected to not be able to fit one.
