No option for "Bottom" in character creation!

I'm trying to reactivate a character from years and years ago using the Mac client - I spent a half hour getting customization just right only to be be stopped from playing because there is no "Bottom" selected. The clothing section is missing Bottom completely, even if I try to randomize the clothing pants will still not appear!

Any ideas or ways to get around this?

Put some clothes on already, hehe...

I am currently away, traveling through time and will be returning last week.
