Question about PI links + spikes.

Been out of the game for a bit and I seem to recall reading that if your link was at 90% capacity when the program started that if you hit a spike that would push it up to 100% that anything over was lost - is this still the case ?

yes.

the link can carry a certain amount per hour, once this limit is reached, any excess is sacrificed to the Drifters.

Alright thank you , wasn't sure if the quoted amount on mouse over was it at it's peak or at it's current use, guess I will upgrade that link then.
