So, this questions goes directly to the devs or gm's or.. anyone who has information about it. Please let me know..
Why was it that in 2003, 2004, 2005 we could see jovian ships, even jovian toons.. and now we cannot? what is the purpose of those ships? characters?
I know that they wount be available for players a long time from now.. but im just curious, why CCP cannot do background stories, with pictures.. with detalis anything that will keep us a little bit more informed.

I do not think CCP has spendt the resources to create Jovian characters in the new engine, considering the low benefit value of it, but I expect them to come sooner or later.

Jovian ships appears to be reskinned, but with no Jovian characters to fly them, and the thought of any other race doing that job preposterous, I guess you got your answer there.
