Let's say I drop a jetcan or launch an EFC near a cyno just before a capital jumps in.
What will happen?

You may want to look up some capital or super capital rules of deployment.
Pandemic Legion has some pretty nice write ups about how to cyno in "dem big boys". Than just do what the capitalists did with Marx book "Capitalism" and use it to achieve your goal. :)
