My budget is 12b up to 14b , relative to the quality of the character .

Must have :

- Exhumers V
- Ice mining V
- Drones T2 (light and medium)
- Crystals T2
- Resource Processing / Science / Planet Management / Production , maxed 5 or near to .
- 1 or 2 bonus remaps
- Good Engineering and shield skills .

Good security status is a + , alongs with clones skills
