Ingame browser kills my client.

Hm!
Several times i opened the ingamebrowser, the client malfunctions. Usualy MacOs can tell if some app stops responding and marks it read in the "close imediatly" window. But it seems the EvE client is still working somehow.
What happens, is that the ingame browser starts up, but then the screen output stops. Sounds and game seem to continue.
Is that just my box?

Currently, the Ingame Browser crashes the Mac client. It is a known issue with currently no known fixes.

I would suggest to file an official bug report anyway : https://community.eveonline.com/support/bug-reports/
the more info they have, the better, I suppose...

Advised to refrain from using it, and double-check before clicking any links from chat - wouldn't want to open a link that crashes you in the middle of something important!

However the Mac Is my Work-PC, my gaming boxes are Windows PCs.

Hmm with mine it works with the old launcher as long as I do not try to open google docs or youtube, (probably others exist but I don't use them).

However if I use the new launcher, I get a black screen, and eventually the client locks up.

this precludes using the new launcher as IGB Mapping tools are not optional for a wormhole player.Cry

I'm also thinking the same thing, it pretty much break WH exploration mapping tool (tripwire comes to mind - but I have not much experience with it yet). Hopefully they release a fix or someone finds a workaround that, because doing every thing manually is just a pain!

Maybe there's other tools for that?
